An indoor 20-metre pool with warm mineral water, open all year, and a relaxation area. The SPA centre includes a sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, relaxation room, and pearl bath. Four seasonal outdoor pools with warm mineral water and included use of a sun lounger and umbrella. The outdoor pools are: a 25-metre swimming pool, two medium pools, and one smaller pool. The small pools have warm mineral water, while the large swimming pool has lukewarm water. The outdoor pools are seasonal and operate only in summer.

The large mineral beach has 3 pools: a large pool with the area of 2 Olympic pools, a medium pool, and a children's pool. The children's pool and the medium pool are emptied every day around 17:30 and the water is changed. Parents are not allowed to enter the children's pool in order to maintain better water hygiene. There is a small water slide at the children's pool. Opening hours: from June to the end of August / beginning of September, from 09:00 to 18:00. A guest who stayed in Banya for one week with her child said that for the first time her child bathed with pleasure and she felt calm, because the pool water was warm and the children's pool was shallow.
