Exarch Stefan
Exarch Stefan (1878–1957) was a senior Bulgarian clergyman, the first primate of the restored independent Bulgarian Orthodox Church recognized by Ecumenical Orthodoxy.
After 9 September 1944, he was interned in the house of the Bagarov family. He had a car at his disposal and was not deprived of anything materially.
